Arrive Early
Please try to arrive at the bus terminal at least 30 to 45 minutes prior to departure. This will allow you to purchase your ticket, (if you did not purchase it in advance,) find the gate where your coach will depart and tag your baggage. Boarding generally begins from 15 to 30 minutes before departure.

Your ticket has important information regarding your trip. Review the information on your ticket prior to starting your journey.

Adhere to Boarding Procedures
Passengers should board as follows:

1. Persons with Reserved Seating
2. Connecting Passengers
3. General Boarding

It is important to follow some common-sense safety tips while traveling. Whether you're at a big-city airport terminal or a small-town bus terminal, please observe the following:

• Don't leave baggage unattended. Don't accept packages or gifts from strangers. If you choose to leave the bus terminal, stay within well-traveled public areas.
• If you observe any unlawful activity, please report it at once to the closest police official.
